this is me venting about stupid people and stupid situations 
first of all, my man’s daughter. anyone know a 17 year old that doesnt listen to reason? if you provide an answer please don’t let it be ‘all of them’ if a young adult is saying she wants to be loved for who she is and not what she is, does it help her case to post photos on facebook where she looks like a slut? where she’s barely covered and posing like a porn star? i was born about 50 years too late. this frustrates me because i have tried to tell her and it’s a waste of breath.
next: the bachelor. this is the first season i’ve watched. let me tell you hat girl michelle? has STALKER written ALL OVER HER. the fact he keeps her around is mind boggling to say the least. but at least tonight he finally started to realize that shes not ‘joking’ and that she has SERIOUS issues…
finally: sidewalk maintenance in winter. i live in south eastern ontario. this is the first real canadian winter we’ve had for a long time. just a couple years ago i had a friend amazed he was riding his motorcycle in december. and i live in a medium sized city. there is a town i’m in regularly for work that puts my ‘city’ to shame. it’s really bad when a small highway through town is plowed rarely enough that most people walk on the road. this presents a hazard to the people walking AND the people driving.
